Questions parents often ask

The essentials in one place, with links when you want to explore a little further.

Who are the lessons for?

Lessons are for children ages 5–13 inclusive. Children age 14 are outside the offered range. A parent's view of readiness and the teacher's actual scope should guide the choice of a starting level.

Can we join from outside Canada?

Online Arabic and Quran lessons are one-to-one for families worldwide through Zoom or Google Meet. Choose a published available time and check the local date in your selected time zone. The website’s slots and confirmations are fictional tests.

Does this website make real bookings?

No. The booking, parent and staff spaces are public test demos with fictional state stored in your browser. They do not create real appointments, payments or customer enrollment.

The separately marked real adult inquiry form sends inquiry emails through the existing contact service. Use the demo spaces for testing and that form only for an intentional real question.

Are Arabic and Quran lessons the same thing?

Arabic literacy and language learning can have different aims from Quran reading, pronunciation or memorization. Choose a clear goal and check the approved scope. The Arabic curriculum and instruction languages still require confirmation.

Can my child start as a beginner?

For learners ages 5–13, beginner suitability depends on the teacher's scope and the child's readiness. The beginner guides explain useful questions and ways to support early learning without promising an unconfirmed course.

Where are the in-person lessons?

The optional local format is at home in Ajax / Durham, with individual or group lessons. Groups of more than one receive CAD 5 off each child’s selected level rate. The teacher must configure the maximum group size. The home street address stays private; arrange attendance with an adult parent or guardian.

Will a parent need to stay nearby?

The supervision policy still needs approval. As a practical preparation step, plan for a parent or guardian to help with setup and remain available. Confirm the actual online and in-person arrangements before booking.

Do prepaid packages renew automatically?

The test demo models one-hour sessions and a fictional four-credit level-one fixture at CAD 100, with no discount. It does not create a real renewal or charge. Unused package lessons expire three calendar months from purchase; actual package quantities, prices, sharing rules and unused-package refund terms remain unconfirmed.

What if we need to cancel or change a lesson?

Cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice before the lesson starts; cancellation with less notice is nonrefundable. Timely-cancellation refunds, rescheduling rules, no-shows, teacher cancellations and unused-package refunds still need approval. The browser demo does not move real money or create a refund entitlement.

How should I contact you about my child?

An adult parent or guardian should make the inquiry. Use general questions about lesson format, availability or suitability. Please do not enter a child's full name, date of birth, health information or personal learning history into a public form.

How long is a lesson, and what does it cost?

Every Arabic or Quran session is one hour (60 minutes). Level one is CAD 25, level two CAD 30 and level three CAD 35. The same rates apply to both subjects, in Canadian dollars. Actual package offers and payment terms are still under review.

When is a booking confirmed?

Parents choose from the teacher’s published available slots. Confirmation is designed to be immediate after a successful payment or eligible package-credit use. In this public test demo, every payment, credit use and booking confirmation is fictional and browser-only.
