Single lessons and prepaid credits
Sessions are one hour (60 minutes) at CAD 25, 30 or 35 by level, equally for Arabic and Quran. Online lessons are one-to-one. In-home groups of more than one receive CAD 5 off each child’s selected level rate, with the maximum group size configured by the teacher before groups are offered.
Unused package lessons expire three calendar months from the purchase date. Actual package quantities, prices, discounts, eligible subjects, sibling sharing and refunds for unused lessons still need approval. The four-credit CAD 100 package in the browser demo is a fictional fixture, not a commercial offer.
Changes, missed lessons and refunds
A cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice before the lesson start. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is nonrefundable. This notice rule does not establish what refund or credit is provided for a timely cancellation.
Timely-cancellation refunds or credit restoration, rescheduling limits, late arrival, no-shows, teacher cancellations and refunds for unused packages remain unresolved. Releasing a booking, restoring a credit and refunding money are separate decisions; the final approved rules must explain each before real checkout opens.
Attendance and supervision
Lessons are for children ages 5–13 inclusive. Online sessions are one-to-one using Zoom or Google Meet; in-home sessions may be individual or groups. Parent supervision, arrival, sibling attendance and the maximum in-home group size still need confirmation before actual lessons.
The teacher configures available time ranges and parents choose published slots. The intended flow confirms a booking instantly after a successful payment or eligible credit use. This website still creates only fictional browser confirmations, with no real appointment or payment.
The home street address is not included in this website. Real attendance and location instructions are agreed separately with an adult parent or guardian.
What the demo can show
The booking test demo exercises fictional availability, payment results, package expiry and the 24-hour cancellation deadline in this browser. A fictional confirmation does not reserve the teacher’s time. Any simulated cancellation or credit change is not a promise of a real refund.
Real payment integration, secure accounts, approved commercial package offers, the maximum group size and the remaining refund rules are still required before customer enrollment opens.
